Email rodf@moonlighttechnology.com.au. Please include the page URL, suburb, property identifier, or SSD/SSI number if your message relates to a specific record.
Clear context helps the issue be checked faster. For a sales record, include the suburb, property identifier, dealing number, settlement date, or a screenshot of the row if available. For a planning record, include the SSD or SSI number, project name, map location, and official source link if the page provides one.
If the issue relates to wording, usability, missing context, or a display problem, describe what you expected to see and what appeared instead. If the issue relates to official source data, Komand may be able to improve how the record is displayed, but the source agency remains responsible for the official record.
Record Corrections
Komand can correct how records are displayed on this site, but official record changes must be made by the relevant data custodian. For planning records, check the linked NSW Planning Portal page. For sales records, check the NSW Valuer General source material.
Examples of site-level issues include a map marker that appears to be in the wrong place, a project modification that should be grouped with its base project, a source link that no longer opens, or a display label that is confusing. Examples of official-source issues include a sale record field, official project status, agency document, published address, or government project page content.
When a display issue is confirmed, Komand may store a reviewed location, update display rules, or improve the way related records are grouped. Those changes are made to improve this site's usability and do not alter the official government source.
Response Times
Messages are reviewed as time permits. Urgent legal, financial, planning, or property decisions should be directed to a qualified professional or the relevant official agency.
Komand Property Intelligence is a public information service, not an emergency or statutory advice channel. If a deadline, objection period, contract condition, settlement, application, or legal matter depends on the answer, contact the appropriate official agency or adviser directly rather than waiting for a site response.
General feedback is still useful. Reports about confusing records, missing context, accessibility issues, or pages that are hard to use help improve the service over time.
